A borehole or private water system is made up of many different components and controls. Depending upon the requirements and application there may be different control options available including pumping systems with integrated controllers such as the E.sybox.
A variable speed controller is capable of maintaining a constant pressure in relation to varied flow rates. As with fixed speed controllers they are available in both single and 3 phase with a variety of power ratings. The set pressure can be adjusted and the various settings and related error warnings can be viewed.
Most variable speed controllers are equipped with a malfunctions protection system. In the event that a malfunction is verified, it is usually signalled on the display and, depending on the type of error, the electric pump will turn off.
Variable speed pump controls are not right for every application. For more information on pump control systems and to discuss your requirements please call the office.

Variable speed controls allow the pump to maintain a constant pressure in relation to varied flow rates. This allows the pumps to operate more efficiently.
